Checked in online and said I had a 0 minute waiting time show up I have a 40min wait time

Was told 25 minutes at check in... waited 60 minutes I would have gone somewhere else if I had known the wait would really be that long

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry your wait time was longer than expected. We try very hard to stay on track with getting people in and out but we also want to make sure that each client is getting the time necessary to get the exact haircut they want.
