HairCut Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Front Range Village

Back on July 10th, I came in for a haircut and experienced the worst stylist/service I've ever had. The stylist was rude, didn't listen to my needs regarding the haircut, was rough with her clippers and scissors, cut my hair completely dry resulting in hair getting into my eyes, and then tried charging me for an MVP hair cut when I received a basic hair cut. I wrote to Corporate and they sent my information/complaint to store management/the franchisee of the location and it's now been about 3 weeks and I still haven't heard a word from anyone. I am extremely disappointed in the way my haircut turned out and they literally couldn't care any less. Horrible, horrible service/experience. I will never be going to this location again, and from the looks of other reviews on this website, it appears many customers have had negative experiences with this location. Sad that management treats their customers like crap.

Stopped in today and had the assistant manager cutting my hair. She seemed nice enough and it appeared to be ok when I looked in the mirror. Little did I know when I got home and looked the right side of my head is faded about 1/2 to 3/4 of a inch lower then the left and hair is cut very uneven. I've been stopping in when I can over several years now and had great haircuts for the most part. This time holy crap did she mess my hair up. So I guess ill go to local shop to have it fixed. Thanks guys you have always been great but this mistake is costing you a customer
